2025 Boys AAU Tryouts

Our boys travel teams range from 3rd to 8th grade. Sharpen your game with challenging team practices under some of the best coaches in RVA.

In order to become the best, you must beat the best; travel teams compete in RockIt's Fall and Winter Basketball Leagues before playing spring AAU tournaments.  Teams practice twice a week throughout the season.

  • 3rd-8th graders

  • Season will run from September - July

  • Two weekly practices

  • Participate in RockIt Fall & Winter League

  • Will play 4-6 regional AAU tournaments between March & July

  • 8-9AM - 9U/10U - 3rd/4th Grades

  • 9-10AM - 11U/12U - 5th/6th Grades

  • 10-11AM - 13U - 7th Grade

  • 11-12PM - 14U - 8th Grade
