Boys Boot Camp

  • Mondays & Wednesdays

  • August 11-13: 6:30-8PM

  • Boot Camp prepares players for AAU tryouts in August and school tryouts in the fall

  • Sessions will be a mix of station work and conditioning drills, as well as controlled scrimmages (3v3, 5v5, etc)

  • Workouts focus on fundamental skills learning and application

    • Proper shooting mechanics

    • Ball Handling

    • Individual moves to the basket
