Richmond RockIt Girls AAU Basketball
Develop. compete. lead.
Building confident female athletes who lead the game — and own their future.
RockIt Girls AAU is more than a team — it’s a movement. Our program develops competitive, confident players through advanced training, leadership focus, and real game reps against elite competition.
We coach with intention. We train hard. And we build athletes who play with heart and edge. Every RockIt girl walks away tougher, smarter, and ready for whatever comes next — on the court or in life.

Important Info (8th Grade Teams, Class of 2030)
With many of our girls playing for their schools as well as our teams aging out of RockIt Winter League, our structure will be much different for this group. Try-outs will determine Winter practice teams NOT official roster spots. Practices will be two hours long twice a month November-January likely Sunday evenings. Practically speaking, 6 practices before Spring try-outs when we will determine official rosters.
Price will be adjusted accordingly. Spring try-outs will likely be January 25th and February 8th, 2026.
Also, practices will include controlled scrimmages. Some teams may even sub in for Winter League games as needed. The aim is still to prepare for the Spring travel season and to continue to help girls build individual skills and overall IQ. We will work diligently to ensure they get what they need to compete at the highest level in the Spring.
