Program Details
✓️ 3rd–8th grade season will run from November - June and will participate in RockIt Winter League
✓️ 9th- 11th grade season will run from March - June
✓️ Two weekly practices
✓️ Dedicated, experienced coach committed to development
✓️ Participate in RockIt Winter League
✓️ Will play in AAU Spring tournaments
✓️ Elementary and Middle School team try-outs will take place in October
✓️ High school try-outs will take place in late February / early March
2026 High School Girls Tryouts
Attend at least one. May attend both.
Location: At RockIt Sports
February 22nd and March 2nd

Season Details
15U, 16U and 17U teams will play from March through June or July
Our mission is to help each athlete reach their goals, whether it be to play in college or be a solid high school player
Elite teams will play NCAA live period events
Developmental teams will play a more regional/local schedule
Teams are coached by experienced high school varsity coaches
We provide guidance, exposure and support for players pursuing college recruitment
Two practices per week with other workouts added
Season Details
Season runs November to June
Includes RockIT Winter League & Spring Travel season with weekend tournaments beginning in March or April.
Two weekly practices
Amount of travel will depend on team and coach.

Sunday, February 8th @ Trinity Episcopal School (3850 Pittaway Dr, Richmond, VA).
