We collect information you provide during registration, purchases, inquiries, and website use, including names, contact information, athlete information, emergency contacts, and payment details. Payment information is processed by secure third-party processors and is not stored by RockIt.

We use information to administer programs, communicate with families, process payments, improve services, and comply with legal obligations. We may share information only with trusted providers such as LeagueApps, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, livestreaming platforms, and other vendors necessary to operate our programs.

Children's information is collected only through a parent or legal guardian.

Terms & Conditions

Families must provide accurate registration information and comply with all RockIt policies. RockIt reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for safety concerns, misconduct, or policy violations.

RockIt may modify schedules, locations, coaches, or programming when necessary.

RockIt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

The RockIt name, logos, graphics, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of PAK Athletics, LLC and may not be copied without permission.

Virginia law governs these terms.

Participant Waiver & Release

Participation in athletics involves inherent risks including serious injury. By registering, participants voluntarily assume these risks and release PAK Athletics, LLC d/b/a RockIt Sports, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Parents authorize emergency medical treatment when necessary and acknowledge that RockIt does not provide medical insurance.

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and equipment guidelines.

Photo & Media Release

RockIt may photograph, film, livestream, and record events for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including use on the website and social media.

Families wishing to opt out should email info@rockitsports.net. Requests apply prospectively and cannot remove previously published material.

Code of Conduct

Players, parents, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect officials, avoid abusive language, refrain from harassment, and follow facility rules.

RockIt maintains zero tolerance for violence, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

League registrations become non-refundable after the season begins unless otherwise required by law.

Camp and clinic refunds are generally available until seven days before the first session unless otherwise stated.

Weather or facility interruptions may result in make-up sessions or account credit at RockIt's discretion.

Uniforms and custom merchandise are generally non-refundable after ordering.

Facility Policies

Children not participating in supervised activities remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

Security cameras may operate throughout the facility.

Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.

Anyone damaging facility property may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
