  • August 11-13: 6:30-8PM

  • Boot Camp focuses on preparing girls for competitive game play - whether it’s a school team or AAU tryouts

  • First hour concentrates on station work and conditioning drills

  • Last 30 minutes will be controlled scrimmaging opportunities - 3v3, 5v5, etc.

  • Workouts focus on fundamental skills learning and application

    • Proper shooting mechanics

    • Ball Handling

    • Individual moves to the basket
